Patrick McMahon hails from Silicon Valley in Northern California. He is a graduate of the Pomona College Department of Theatre and Dance, as well the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood, where he received the Voice and Speech award, and recently performed in the 2007 Company showcase. Past favorite roles include: Bottom in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, Shelley Levene in “Glengarry Glen Ross”, “Sir Toby Belch in “Twelfth Night”, Oedipus in “Oedipus at Colonus”, Sky Masterson in “Guys and Dolls”, Will Rogers in “The Will Rogers Follies”, Cyrano de Bergerac and Count Dracula. He is excited to be playing Little John in Glendale Centre Theatre’s production of “Robin Hood”. This will be Patrick’s eighth show at GCT, after recently reprising his role as Macbeth in “Shakespeare Live!” and playing Ruben in “Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”. He can also be seen every Friday night in August as Bottom in the Berubians Next Stage Theatre production of “A Midsummer Night's Dream”. When he’s not onstage, Patrick enjoys singing, writing, painting and tutoring children.
